Megan Denise Fox is an American actress and model. Fox's rise to fame began with her winning several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Her acting career started with the film Holiday in the Sun in 2001, later appeared in the films Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Crimes of Fashion, and the TV series The Help all of which was in 2004. Megan Fox is well known for her roles on the television series Hope & Faith (also in 2004) and in the 2007 block buster hit TRANSFORMERS.

Megan was born May 16th, 1986 in Rockwood, Tennessee and has Irish, French, and Native American ancestry. She began her drama and dance training at the age of 5 in Kingston, Tennessee. At the age of 13 she began acting and modeling. In November of 2005 Megan had a 5 page spread in FHM, she also posed in FHM in 2007 in lingerie and also in GQ, Maxim, and Arena. FHM voted her The Sexiest Woman in the World in 2008, beating the likes of Jessica Alba and Jessica Biel.

Megan Fox is engaged to Brian Austin Green, actor of Beverly Hills, 90210 and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

Megan has nine tattoos, which she says she gets when she has "a feeling about anything". They include a poem on her ribcage, a symbol for strength on her neck, her

boyfriend Brian's name near her genital region and a picture of Marilyn Monroe's face on her right arm. She also has one on her right shoulder that says "We will all laugh at gilded butterflies," a line from Shakespeare's play King Lear.
